Changchun FAW United Casting Company (CFU) was founded by FAW group & MP(USA) company in 1995.10.20. Initially, FAW Group Corporation held 20%,and MP(USA) held 80%. In 2003.2.8, FAW Group Corporation transferred equity to FAW Foundry Co., Ltd. And MP transferred equity to Jasinusa (Singapore). In 2004.1.7, FAW Foundry Co., Ltd. share hold is 48%, Jasinusa(SG) share hold is 52%.
長春一汽聯合壓鑄有限公司于1995年10月20日由一汽集團和美國MP公司合資成立，最初股比為：一汽集團20%，美國MP公司80%。2003年2月8日，集團公司將股權轉讓給一汽鑄造有限公司，MP公司將股權轉讓給新加坡JASINUSA汽車私營有限公司。2004年1月7日，鑄造公司增資，中方股比調整為48%，外方股比調整為52%。
